Our store offers physical products, primarily limited edition artworks. Each piece is signed by the artist and includes a certificate of authenticity.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Orders will be processed only after the payment has been credited.
• PayPal and PayPal Pay Later: Secure and immediate processing.
• Debit/Credit Card: Orders are processed immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping through express courier services:

• National Shipping (Italy): Express courier delivery.
• International Shipping: Available worldwide via express courier.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout after entering the shipping address.

Local Pickup: Customers can choose to collect their orders for free at the artist’s studio in Rome. The items will be available for pickup for 7 days. If not collected within this period, the order will be canceled and the artwork will be put back on sale.

5. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

After receiving the returned item, we will proceed with one of the following options:

• Product replacement (if available).
• Issuance of a store credit.
• Full refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped yet. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned following our return policy.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier disruptions). The customer is responsible for ensuring the correctness of the shipping address.
